The remaining oil left without the azadirachtin is known as Clarified Hydrophobic Extract of Neem Oil. Azadirachtin has multiple uses such as deterring certain insects like locusts from feeding and interfering with the regular life cycle of insects such as feeding, mating, molting, and egg laying.
